Returns Policy

Within 15 days of delivery of your shipment you may return any of the following items to Relate Resources at Relate Church with a receipt for an exchange or for a full refund of the product item in its original condition.

• Any book in its original condition
• Any unopened (still in its plastic wrap) CD or DVD

**We do not accept returns for teaching CD or DVD's unless defective or damaged**

Please note that there are No returns or refunds on opened media (CD's, DVD's etc) items. CD's + DVD's: Media may be exchanged if confirmed defective by Relate Resource Manager. Defective items must be in excellent condition.

Clearance or sales items are final sales. No returns, refunds or exchanges on clearance or sales items.

Shipping charges are Non Refundable. The Customer is responsible for any costs to return the product to Relate Resources at Relate Church.

Refunds

We'll notify you of your refund via e-mail after we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return with original receipt (proof of purchase).
